The Service offers free chess learning content and tools (courses, practice, study tracking). We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
- No scraping, automated abuse, or security testing without permission.
- No attempts to bypass access controls or reverse engineer proprietary components.
5. Content & IP
We own the Service, including code, design, and curated content. You receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service. Do not copy or redistribute without permission.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty‑free, perpetual license to use them without obligation.
